Contract Manufacturing Project Workflow
1. Submit BOM and Drawings
Send the BOM, latest 2D drawings, available 3D files, material requirements, quantities, critical features and delivery destination.
2. Engineering and Commercial Review
TDB Tech reviews project scope, manufacturing responsibilities, purchased-component requirements, technical risks and quotation assumptions.
3. DFM and Production Planning
Engineering review covers manufacturability, critical-to-quality features, machining, finishing, assembly and inspection requirements.
4. Process Approval and Scheduling
The production route, approval requirements, inspection plan, lot size and schedule are confirmed after technical and commercial review.
5. Manufacturing, Inspection and Delivery
Approved components move through manufacturing, inspection, assembly coordination, packing and international delivery according to the agreed project plan.
