What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
At TDB, there are no minimum order quantity requirements. Our services support your needs from one-off prototypes to mid- and high-volume production runs.How do I get a manufacturing quote?
At TDB, we provide instant pricing and lead times for your custom parts. You get a quote and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback from our sales team by sending us your 2D drawings, 3D drawings, and specifications for your parts to contact@tdb.com.vn. In most cases, we respond with a quotation within 24 business hours of receiving your Request for Quotation (RFQ). If there is any delay in providing the quote, we will promptly notify you.What are production processes at TDB?

Yes, of course. At TDB, we customize comprehensive service offerings for each longstanding customer, including free mold opening services. For new customers, we offer two preferential policies:

Advance Payment Option: You can pay the mold fee upfront. We will reimburse this cost through future payments in our ongoing cooperation.

Bulk Order Benefit: Place large quantity orders at once, and we will provide free mold opening services.
Can I have a trial order or samples only for several pieces at TDB?
Yes, of course. Since TDB provides OEM services, the cost for mold opening may vary depending on the product's specifications and weight. Please communicate with our business manager to confirm the details.
Who is responsible for my project?
Each project at TDB is assigned a dedicated technical sales manager and a lead project engineer who will oversee your project from launch to the delivery of your parts.What are TDB’s shipping terms?
Our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW) for rapid prototyping and regular production orders. Under EXW terms, the customer assumes responsibility for shipping, customs clearance, and all associated fees once the goods have departed our premises. Additionally, we offer Delivery At Place (DAP) by DHL Express air freight. Under DAP terms, customers are responsible for import duties and fees related to international shipping. Customers also have the option to utilize their own shipping accounts (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS) during checkout, where applicable.What are your payment terms?
Payment Methods: T/T, L/C, Escrow, MoneyGram, etc.
Payment Terms:
- Deposit: 30% to 50% deposit required, with the balance due upon delivery.
- Net 30 Days: Payment due within 30 days of invoice date.
