PROCESS INSPECTION

Our expert team, consisting of process engineers and quality technicians, utilizes advanced CMM programming to accurately read and verify critical component markers established through our rigorous engineering evaluation process.

To conduct these precise measurements, machined parts or assemblies are carefully placed on our stationary granite measurement table or securely held in place using specialized fixtures. The CMM probe then travels along the X, Y, and Z-axes, interacting with the part in a highly precise manner as dictated by our advanced PC-DMIS programming.

During this process, every marker is carefully recorded, and alerts are immediately triggered if any issues are detected. This allows for quick adjustments to machining parameters, resulting in optimized production processes with minimal variation.

Thanks to the cutting-edge technology and expertise of our team, our CMM testing process successfully measures and verifies even the most complex part geometries, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets or exceeds our high-quality standards
